Step 8

Q: Are these egg rolls spicy?

A: These egg rolls have buffalo hot sauce in them, so they're a little bit spicy, but nothing crazy. The cilantro ranch tames them quite a bit.

Q: Why are my egg rolls bursting open in the air fryer?

A: If your egg rolls are opening up in the air fryer, then you're probably not wrapping them tight enough or sealing them well enough.
