Traeger Asparagus

hangryeconomist.com

We make this Traeger asparagus at least once a week. It’s super fast and easy, and it makes the perfect 10-minute side for any summer meal. We coat it in parmesan cheese and the perfect mix of seasonings and then grill it to perfection.

Ingredients

Asparagus Parmesan Olive Oil Salt Pepper Cayenne Paprika Onion Powder Garlic Powder

Step 1

Preheat your Traeger or pellet grill to 400°F.

Step 2

Trim the woody ends off the bottom of your asparagus (the bottom inch or so).

Step 3

Then place it on a sheet pan or in a large mixing bowl, and add the oil, parmesan, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and ground cayenne.

Step 4

Mix until the asparagus is evenly coated.

Step 5

Put the asparagus directly onto the grill and cook, undisturbed, for 5-7 minutes, or until tender.

Step 6

Enjoy!
