Air Fryer Chicken Wraps

Description

These air fryer chicken wraps are loaded with easy air fryer blackened chicken, homemade cilantro lime ranch, and crunchy bacon. Who doesn't love an easy chicken bacon ranch wrap? These are so good.


Ingredients

Units Scale

For the chicken:

1 pound chicken breast

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon cumin

For the cilantro ranch:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup greek yogurt or sour cream

1/2 cup cilantro

Juice of 1 lime

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

For the wraps:

4 burrito-sized flour tortillas

6 slices bacon, chopped

1.5 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

4 ounces romaine, iceberg, or green leaf lettuce


Instructions

  1. Add ground cayenne, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, and cumin to a small bowl and mix to combine.
  2. Pat your chicken dry with a paper towel. Cut it into 1-inch cubes, then add it to a large mixing bowl, drizzle it with olive oil, and top it with the seasoning mixture. Rub it in with your hands until evenly coated. 
  3. Air fry the chicken at 400°F for 4 minutes, then flip your chicken and cook for an additional 4 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. 
  4. While the chicken is cooking, make the cilantro lime ranch. Add mayonnaise, greek yogurt or sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce to a food processor and blend until combined.
  5. Compile your wraps! Add cilantro lime ranch, lettuce, bacon, chicken, and cheese in a line down the center of a tortilla. Fold in each side (perpendicular to the toppings), then roll the bottom of the tortilla over the filling until the wrap is closed. Repeat for the remaining wraps, then enjoy!

Notes

Heat your tortillas slightly before adding the filling. It'll make them more pliable and easier to roll.
