Description

This Christmas Moscow Mule is perfect for creating some extra holiday cheer. It's made with classic mule ingredients—vodka, ginger beer, and lime juice—but we add cranberry juice, orange juice, and amaretto to make it perfect for the holidays.

Ingredients

Scale

1 ounce vodka

1 ounce amaretto

1/4 cup cranberry juice cocktail

1/2 ounce fresh lime juice

1/2 ounce fresh orange juice

1/2 cup ginger beer

Instructions

  1. Fill a copper mug with ice (we use crushed ice). Then add the vodka, amaretto, cranberry juice, lime juice, and orange juice. Top with the ginger beer, then stir with a spoon to combine everything.
  2. Optionally, garnish with a sprig of rosemary and fresh cranberries.

Notes

Nutritional information is only an estimate.

If you don't have a copper mug, try a highball glass with lots of ice. I've also made mules in insulated stemless wine cups before, which do a great job at keeping the drink cold.
