Beer Cheddar Rolls

hangryeconomist.com

These beer cheddar rolls come together quickly, require no yeast or kneading, and taste amazing warm and slathered with butter. They taste similar to Red Lobster cheddar biscuits but in bread form. They're salty, cheesy, wheaty, and delicious.

Q: What kind of beer should I use for these beer rolls?

A: We recommend a light beer (such as a pilsner). Your bread will be light with a subtle yeasty flavor. Personally, we love using a Belgian-style wheat beer for this recipe.

Q: How do I reheat these rolls?

A: We air fry ours for 3 minutes at 390°F. You could also pop them into the microwave for about 30 seconds or until warm.
