Score your sausages in a diagonal pattern one way, then turn your knife and score them in a diagonal pattern the opposite way

Step 2

Spray or coat your sausages with olive oil

Step 3

Place the sausages in the air fryer basket, scored side up. Cook for 6-7 minutes, or until crispy on the outside

Serve on buns or on their own!
