Description
This peach mango salsa puts a summer spin on our favorite restaurant-style salsa recipe. It's made in a food processor in about five minutes and tastes great on everything. You'll definitely be going back for seconds.
Ingredients
1/2 sweet onion
1 peach, cut in half and pit removed
1 mango, cut in half and pit removed
1 bunch of cilantro, stems removed
28-ounce can of diced tomatoes
10-oz can of Original Rotel
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions
- Add the onion to a food processor and process until it's finely diced. Then add the peach and mango and process until they're reduced to small pieces.
- Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth with very small chunks.
- Store in an air-tight container the refrigerator for up to a week. It tastes better on the second day!
