Peach Mango Salsa

Description

This peach mango salsa puts a summer spin on our favorite restaurant-style salsa recipe. It's made in a food processor in about five minutes and tastes great on everything. You'll definitely be going back for seconds. 


Ingredients

Scale

1/2 sweet onion

1 peach, cut in half and pit removed

1 mango, cut in half and pit removed

1 bunch of cilantro, stems removed

28-ounce can of diced tomatoes

10-oz can of Original Rotel

3 tablespoons lime juice

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

1 teaspoon garlic salt


Instructions

  1. Add the onion to a food processor and process until it's finely diced. Then add the peach and mango and process until they're reduced to small pieces. 
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth with very small chunks.Red salsa in a food processor. It is smooth with very small chunks of tomatoes, peach, mango, and cilantro. 
  3. Store in an air-tight container the refrigerator for up to a week. It tastes better on the second day!
