Description

This spicy dill pickle dip is a combination of pickles and jalapeño poppers. It's super creamy, a little spicy, a little sour, and delightfully salty. Eat it with chips, crackers, or veggies.

Ingredients

Scale

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

8 ounces sour cream

1 cup dill pickles, diced

6 slices cooked bacon, finely chopped

1 ounce (1 packet) Hidden Valley Ranch Fiesta Dip Mix

1/4 cup pickled jalapeños, diced

Instructions

  1. Add all of the prepped ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer on low or a spoon to mix until everything is combined.
  2. Serve with crackers, chips, or veggies and enjoy!
