This cilantro lime sauce is so good. It's a great thin consistency, so you can use it however you want--as a dip for a chip or french fry; as a dressing for a Southwestern-inspired salad or burrito bowl; or as a sauce for a cheeseburger or sandwich. As long as you use compliant mayonnaise, it's Whole30 and Paleo, and it comes together so quickly and easily.

    Key Ingredients

    • Mayonnaise: For Whole30/Paleo-friendly mayonnaise, use avocado oil mayonnaise or make your own with a compliant oil.
    • Cilantro: Use fresh cilantro for best results.
    • Lime: Use fresh lime juice for best results, but bottled lime juice will work too.
    • Pickled jalapeños: Fresh jalapeños work too. We love using pickled jalapeños for the extra acid and because they're a little easier.
    • Salt
