    Greek Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing

    Feb 6, 2022 ·

    Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

This Greek yogurt blue cheese dressing is super thick and creamy and perfect as a dip or a dressing. It's great served with chicken wings, chicken nuggets, salad, veggies, or anything else you can think of. I'm definitely serving it with some buffalo wings for the Super Bowl. If you don't like blue cheese, just leave it out. There are no rules here.

    Here's what you need.

    • Mayonnaise
    • Greek yogurt. You can use sour cream if you want, but the greek yogurt lightens this dressing up a bit and adds some protein.
    • Worcestershire sauce
    • Blue cheese. I like mild blue cheese, but use whatever you prefer.
    • Frank's Original RedHot Sauce. You can leave this out if you don't like spicy food, but it really just adds flavor--it's not super spicy when mixed with the mayo and yogurt.
    • Spices: garlic powder, ground cayenne, black pepper, and salt

    Here's how you make it.

This dressing comes together in 1 minute and doesn't require any prep. All you have to do is combine mayonnaise, greek yogurt, garlic powder, ground cayenne, black pepper, salt, Worcestershire sauce, crumbled blue cheese, and a dash of Frank's in a bowl or serving dish. Mix it up until everything is combined, then serve! I like to sprinkle a little extra blue cheese or chives on top.

Greek Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing: FAQs

Can I make this dressing a little bit thinner?

Yes! I usually use this dressing as a dip, so I like it thick. But if you want to use it as a salad dressing and thin it out a bit, just add a little bit of milk until it reaches your desired consistency.

Can I replace the greek yogurt with sour cream?

Absolutely. I prefer the greek yogurt because it's a little healthier, but sour cream would be delicious and a similar consistency.

I don't like blue cheese. Can I leave it out?

Yep! It tastes a lot like ranch dressing without the blue cheese.
